My story

Skylah (4 years old) Skylah is an amiable light gray tabby with an outgoing personality. She is also extremely talkative, and she wishes to focus her attention and conversational talents on you. She gets frustrated when other cats try to intervene between her and her beloved humans; if they are pushy cats, she becomes overwhelmed and walks away. But once she has you all to herself, she will shower you with attention and encourage you to adore her in kind. Skylah would probably do best in a home with other gentle pets that will not intimidate her or compete too much for your attention. She would love to be with sensitive, understanding adults who can bring out her best (which won’t be difficult to do!). Here at the shelter, she is often a door dasher, so when you invite her into your home be sure the door is latched firmly so that she stays safely indoors. July 18, 2025, 2:23 pm
