My story

Frat Dawg is exactly what his name promises: a big, goofy, lovable dude with puppy charm, zero shame, and an endless supply of wiggles. He’s got that “just happy to be here” energy, a little awkward in the most endearing way, and always ready to dole out affection like you’re his long-lost best friend. He’s known for his enthusiastic play bows with dog friends—though he’s more of a vibe-with-you guy than a wrestler. Think sweet-natured golden retriever energy, in a body that’s maybe one size too big for his own silly self. Basically, your new favorite family dog is waiting to meet you.All adoptable pets are spayed/neutered (or scheduled), vaccinated, microchipped, and ready to go home today! No pre-application or appointment needed—just bring a valid ID and walk in. Our adoption fees are among the lowest in Cincinnati!To meet our animals, visit our Northside shelters any day from 1–6pm. If listed as foster, email foster@cincycare.org to schedule a meet and greet. Adopting an adult dog with resident dogs or kids at home?
