My story

Meet Shu! Shu is a 70-pound handsome hunk with a heart as big as his paws! This lovable boy is thriving in his foster home, where he’s proven to be wonderful with both a teenager and a senior pup. He’s also had a successful playdate with another large, social male dog—romping and wrestling like a pro! Shu is the perfect mix of adventure buddy and easygoing city dog. He’s unfazed by loud noises and bustling streets, making him a great fit for urban life. Whether you’re heading out on a hike or just exploring the neighborhood, Shu is always ready to tag along. He’s new to our rescue, but everything we’ve seen so far points to Shu being an absolute gem. Smart, social, and sweet—Shu might just be the perfect addition to your pack!
