My story

This lovely girl is Farrah! She arrived at the shelter as a lost dog on 7/7, and sadly, no one has come to reclaim her. The volunteers have fallen in love with Farrah and describe her as just the sweetest girl you'll ever meet! Farrah is friendly, attentive, and eager to please. She must have had a loving home at one time because she knows several commands including sit, down, stay, and shake. If Farrah sounds like the new BFF you've been searching for, please come meet her today! Farrah is approximately 1 year old and weighs 64 lbs. She is UTD on vaccines, has been spayed, and did test negative for heartworms. She will be microchipped upon adoption. Please come meet Farrah in run 84; her ID # is 11741. Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When inquiring about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER. This pet is available for adoption from Cobb County Animal Services, 1060 Al Bishop Dr. Marietta, GA 30008, (770) 499-4136. Shelter hours: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed Mondays & Holidays. The adoption includes shots, altering, a heartworm or combo test and a microchip.
