MILO

My story

Introducing Milo! He was brought to the shelter along with his besties, Sarabi and Tychalla on 7/11 because his former pet parent could no longer take care of him after having a baby. Milo is only 9 months old and weighs a mere 24lbs. The volunteers describe him as sweet, cute, and obedient and a little more outgoing than Sarabi. Milo is Sarabi's rock. That is understandable because they have been placed in a loud, scary place. Volunteers are working with the trio to help them feel safe and loved so they can slowly come out of their shell. He is so quiet in his kennel you would never know he was there. He is a smart cookie as he knows how to sit when asked. As a puppy, he could use some leash manners but we are certain with confidence he will have it mastered in no time at all! It takes patience and guidance from you. Please take some time and visit with him in Run 26; his ID is 11832. He is waiting for you! Please help him find his way out of the shelter and into your heart, home and family. It is exciting and magical to have a puppy but they are a lot of work. Please make sure you have the space, time, patience and lifestyle to ensure Milo has the best upbringing possible. If you have room in your heart and home for all three, they would greatly appreciate it. Milo is current on vaccines, will be neutered and microchipped and tested negative for heartworms. Please take some time and schedule to meet this awesome kiddo and get to know him a little better. Nicolai is probably what you have been looking for all this time. He is patiently waiting for his forever family to save his life. Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When inquiring about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER. This pet is available for adoption from Cobb County Animal Services, 1060 Al Bishop Dr. Marietta, GA 30008, (770) 499-4136. Shelter hours: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed Mondays & Holidays. The adoption includes shots, altering, a heart worm or combo test and a microchip.
