My story

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Check Me out ! Evee Sweet • Resilient • Ready for Love 1.5 years old 20 lbs Fully vetted Crate trained Great with people and would do well in a calm home Very playful Not a fan of baths, but manageable Evee is a 1.5 year-old, 20 lbs. pup who has already overcome so much in her short life. She was found alone on the streets in rough condition, with a thorn painfully lodged in her eye. A kind-hearted rescuer stepped in to help, and when medical needs became too complex, Evee was entrusted to PuppyPromise Rescue. Evee has since undergone ectropion surgery to help relieve discomfort from an eye deformity caused by her injury. She also has enamel hypoplasia, a result of surviving parvo during the critical stage of her tooth development. She’s missing several teeth, which makes her little tongue stick out (adorably so!). She previously received treatment for ehrlichia with doxycycline, so before any future procedures, a blood panel is recommended to check for anemia or platelet issues. Despite all she’s endured, Evee remains incredibly gentle, loving, and trusting. She has recovered beautifully and is more than ready for a forever home that will give her the care, patience, and love she’s always deserved. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.July 18, 2025, 12:40 am

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Evee, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
