My story

Say hello to Ari, a charming, 10-year-old tabby with a zest for life and a heart of gold. Friendly, affectionate, and endlessly lovable, Ari is the kind of cat who makes you feel like the most important person in the world the moment you walk in the door. Born in May of 2015 Ari’s got that classic Gemini spark-bright-eyed, sociable, and always interested in what you're doing. Ari will follow you around to "help" with chores, settle in for a cuddle when it's time to relax, and shower you with headbutts just when you need them most. Her name, Ari, means “sun-like”, and it couldn’t be more fitting—she brings warmth, light, and comfort to everyone she meets. Ari was found abandoned in the countryside with her sister Dulcie, and though she has remained resilient and loving, she’s now ready to be the center of attention in a home of her own. Due to her preference for having all the love to herself, Ari will need to be the only cat in the household. If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate companion to brighten your life, Ari just might be your purr-fect match. Ari has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea treated, and has tested negative for Feline Leukemia and Feline AIDS. If your application is accepted, KittyCorner will contact you via email to set up a time for you to come and meet her.  We require a donation of $100 per kitten/cat that will contribute to the cost of veterinary care that the kitten/cat received for all the above-mentioned procedures/treatments.  KittyCorner is a New York State Registered Shelter/Rescue, Registration Number: RR0279. *All kittycorner.org kittens/cats come with a lifetime “cat-back” guarantee. If at any time, for any reason they need to be returned/rehomed, please just return them to KittyCorner.
