My story

A litter of 7 older lab puppies were found on the side of a country dirt road just north of Meeker, Oklahoma. Six of the 7 were easily caught, but the last one was very skittish and needed to be trapped. All 7 were skinny, missing patches of hair, and desperately needed a home. Cowboy is a sweet boy who is learning how to be an inside dog. While he does very good, he still needs some work. He is currently in a foster home that is teaching him to be potty trained and be in a home. He is playful and so gentle. He is learning how to play fetch and how to be a good boy! He probably needs to be in a home with older kids since he is still learning how to play! He doesn't realize his size so he might knock little ones over. Please consider giving Cowboy a forever home!

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Cowboy, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
