About 6 1/2 to 7 years ago, he had a leg amputated shortly after arriving at his current home. Despite this, he remains friendly, active, calm, cuddly, and a bit shy or timid.Mao has been kept both indoors and outdoors and has successfully lived without other pets. He is known for his affectionate nudges, which his current owner loves. While he can be a little aggressive with other cats, he has no history of aggression towards people and has never bitten anyone.He consistently uses the litterbox without any accidents and has no known behavioral issues. Mao would thrive in a home where he can be the only pet, receiving all the love and attention he deserves.Fun Fact: Did you know that cats can make over 100 different sounds? Mao might not use all of them, but he certainly knows how to communicate his affection with his gentle nudges and purrs.
