My story

Meet Peanut!!Peanut is a 3-year-old male dog who was recently owner released. While his past circumstances are unclear, Peanut is now looking for a fresh start in a loving home. At this time, we don’t have information on how he does with other animals or children, and it’s also unknown if he is house-trained or crate-trained. Peanut may need some patience and understanding as he adjusts to a new environment, but he has the potential to thrive with the right family willing to give him a chance. Peanut is HEART WORM NEGTATIVE, UP TO DATE on vaccinations, and weighs 35 pounds.Peanut's Adoption fee is $115.50 plus taxDogs are $115 and puppies are $110 unless otherwise noted. All cats and kittens are $75.00 unless otherwise noted. Our system automatically updates adoptable websites every two hours. Feel free to email or call us with any questions you may have. Our contact number is 270-887-4175. The shelter is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10:30-4 and is closed daily for lunch from 12:30-1. Adoptions are done on a first come first serve basis for owner releases. Strays have a wait list.
