My story

My Friends at Wayside say: -Wayside Waifs Campus-Please arrive at the shelter before 4pm on our open adoption days to meet me! -I have displayed some touch sensitivities. Ask our staff for more info-I am eligible for a Slumber Pawty, a 7-10 day in-home trial period. If you already have a dog at home, the Slumber Pawty is required. Please visit our website for additional information.My home needs are: -Wayside recommends you bring your dog to meet me before adoption to ensure we can be buddies. -Cats are much too interesting to me, so my home will need to be cat free-I need alone time when eating or playing with my toys. For that reason, kids in the home need to be 10 years old and older. Buzz there, I’m Bee! I’m a 6-year-old mixed breed gal with a big heart, a spunky personality, and a serious love for squeaky toys and snack time! People say I’m a total sweetheart and they’re right! I’m snuggly, loving, and happiest when I’m around my people, soaking up all the attention (and maybe sneaking a few treats while I’m at it).I’m easy to walk and harness up, which makes our outdoor adventures a breeze. Whether we’re strolling the neighborhood or playing in the yard, I’m all about having fun and making the most of every moment. Toys are kind of my thing, especially squeaky stuffies, and I can turn any play session into a party!I’m a happy, playful girl who brings a lot of joy wherever I go, but I do have a few preferences when it comes to my furever home. No cats for me, please! I like to keep things feline-free. I also prefer to coexist with other dogs rather than be besties, so if there’s another dog in your home, we’ll need to have a Slumber Pawty first to make sure we’re a good match.At the end of the day, I’m a snuggly diva with a playful streak and so much love to give. If you’re looking for a fun, affectionate companion who will be your ride-or-die for couch cuddles and toy time, I might just be the Bee for you. Love, Bee
