đŸ Meet Tobi â The Life of the Party! Tobi is a happy-go-lucky, playful pup who radiates joy wherever he goes. Think of him as the fun-loving little brotherâalways ready for an adventure, a cuddle, or a game of fetch. He grew up in a home with toddlers, so heâs wonderful with kids and knows how to be gentle. Tobi is not just sweetâheâs smart, too! He listens well and responds to commands even when heâs excited. He came to us from a high-kill area in Texas, when his family could no longer keep him. Heââs made it through with his tail wagging and spirit strong. Tobi is looking for a forever family whoâs ready to laugh, play, and love endlessly. Could that be you?
