My story

Meet HAPPY One look at that little face and you just know — this pup was built to brighten lives. Happy is a tiny black bundle of joy with a white chin, a wagging tail, and a heart that’s basically confetti. He’s cheerful, gentle, and always seems like he’s got a smile brewing (even when he’s concentrating very hard on walking in a straight line). This little boy is probably chihuahua/min pin/terrier and could be under 15 lbs as an adult   Started housebreaking Gets along great with cats, dogs, and kind kiddos Born in Kentucky, now charming the socks off Wisconsin Don’t let the black coat fool you — he may be easy to overlook in a crowd, but Happy is unforgettable once you meet him. He’s soft, soulful, and every bit the loyal sidekick you didn’t know you needed.   If you’re ready to add a little sunshine to your every day — Happy’s got you.   Animal is Fostered in: Caledonia, WI and able to go home on or after 7/17/25 For more information, or to apply for adoption, visit our website at: www.RescueOutreach.com Please note the following will be performed on all animals prior to adoption: Microchip Spay/Neuter (unless medically unable at time of adoption, in which case this will be discussed) Heartworm Testing (dogs);    FELV/FIV Testing (cats) Age appropriate CORE vaccines.  Dhpp, Rabies (if old enough)-dog;  CVR, Rabies (if old enough) - cat  - WE DO NOT ADMINISTER BORDETELLA unless indicated.   PLEASE NOTE- puppies and kittens may need to complete vaccination schedule depending on age at time of adoption.   Dewormed All breeds are best guess from veterinarian based on physical exam.  All animals come from high kill shelters with poor access to resources.  Once they arrive to our rescue they are quarantined for health purposes and spoiled in loving foster homes until their forever home is found!  Our organization is operated 100% by volunteers who give their time and love out of the goodness of their hearts.   ##2440845##
