HOW THIS ANIMAL IS WITH: CATS: Good with cats and wants a feline playmate DOGS: Likely fine with proper introductions KIDS: Likely fine with proper introductions KNOWN LIKES: Pets, lots of play, and yummy snacks KNOWN DISLIKES: Still learning ABOUT THIS ANIMAL: Felix was living on the streets of Iraq, scrounging for food near a hotel. The cruel hotel owner was poisoning the stray cats with arsenic, and a group of expats tried to convince him to stop. When he didn’t, they each tried to save a few cats by boarding them at the local vet clinic. Unable to find homes locally, several came to rescues in the DC area to find homes. Felix came to Homeward Trails. He came out of his carrier ready to make friends and get lots of attention. He’s a sweet boy, playful, social with people. He loves playing with other cats and needs an active cat friend.
