Meet Stubbs! This one-year-old medium-haired tabby is all heart — and half a tail! Found huddled at a diner in the rain, Stubbs is now neutered, safe, and ready for a loving home. He’s super friendly with people, obsessed with wet food, and still figuring out how to play. He’s not a fan of other cats yet, but he’s got plenty of love to give as your one-and-only.
