My story

Oscar is a gentle soul with a tender heart. At just 4 months old, he came to us with his littermates and is still learning to trust the world around him. While he may be shy at first, Oscar has shown that with patience, love, and a quiet environment, he can begin to blossom into a wonderful companion.Oscar will thrive in a home that understands the importance of moving at his pace. He’ll need a family willing to offer him plenty of time, TLC, and understanding as he continues to build confidence. A calm, predictable setting will be best for this little guy.Recommended Home:Children over the age of 8, who should meet Oscar prior to adoption to ensure a good fit.Lots of soft spots to hide and feel safe, plus interactive toys and scratching posts to help him play and explore at his comfort level.If you have a patient heart and are ready to offer a shy kitten the steady love he needs, Oscar might just be your perfect match.If you are interested in meeting Oscar or another homeless pet at Macomb County Animal Control, they are open M-F from 10am-4pm.Adoption fee is $100
