Come meet me during our events Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM - 4 PM at the Homeward Trails Manny Law Adoption Center, 11116 Fairfax Station Rd, Fairfax Station, VA. WEIGHT FULL GROWN: 57lbs **He could stand to loose some pounds. AGE: 6 Years KNOWN WITH DOGS: Rex is good with dogs but is wary at first. KNOWN WITH CATS: Rex met several cats on a Tails Out field trip and was very polite and respectful. KNOWN WITH KIDS: We don't know how Rex is with kids though he has loved everyone he's met. KNOWN CUES: Rex is currently working on Sit and Stay. KNOWN HOUSEBREAKING AND/OR CRATING: Rex is housetrained and settles in his crate overnight. He *may* try to drink from the toilet though. KNOWN LIKES: Fetch, treats, head scratches, belly rubs, cuddling, sniffing, playing with other dogs. KNOWN DISLIKES: Unknown. Notes from the foster: This sweet boy is settling in nicely and showing off his true personality. He's a social butterfly who loves playing with other dogs and gets along great with his new furry friends. He's also a master sniffer and loves going for walks where he can explore all the interesting smells. When he's not on a walk, he's happy to lounge around and be a lazy dog. But don't let that fool you - he's a playful pup who loves a good game of fetch! He's still working on learning basic commands like "sit" and "wait," but with patience and positive reinforcement, he'll get there in no time. This boy loves food (who doesn't?!), and he's not afraid to beg for treats while you're eating. But his favorite thing in the world is cuddling - he's a total lover boy who will snuggle up next to you and melt your heart. And despite his size, he is a total lapdog! If you're looking for a loyal companion who will be by your side through thick and thin, this might be the dog for you!
