Notes from foster: Piglet started off very shy, she hid the first 2 days and hissed when anyone looked at her. Now she’s exploring the house and she’s very curious! She enjoys sitting in front of the window and watching the birds. (She also like the Roku fish tank screen saver!) When she’s not watching the birds, she enjoys playing with cat toys…a ball on a string, a catnip fish, and her favorite seems to be a fussy ball that chirps. Scratching posts and boards are well loved! She has warmed up to one of our cats…they chase each other around playfully. So if you have a cat that needs solitude, Piglet might not be right. She'd love a pal! She’s done every well with my 11 year old son. She took longer to warm up to my husband and is easily startled by loud noises, so a household young children may not be best for her. If you can get her to sit long enough, she’ll come lay next to you once she’s warmed up to you and give you kisses. She enjoys around her ears and chin scratched…but stay away from her butt and tail! She lets you know of her boundaries. One meow is welcoming. Two means stay away. And when she’s had enough pets, she'll hiss to let you know your duty has been fulfilled (for the time being). Piglet is a great cat! Perfectly litter trained, well-mannered, playful and pretty!
