My story

Meet Star, a tiny panther ready to be the center of your galaxy! Star spent time with one of our foster families, who had this to say about her: “Star is so sweet. She took great care of her kittens, was a wonderful mom and now will enjoy getting the attention all to herself. She is a shadow and will pin herself to your legs as you move around the house. She is a great supervisor no matter what you are doing. Although she is not one to sit in your lap (she might if she continued to get comfortable in her home longer!), she loves pets and doesn’t mind being rubbed all over her belly or picked up. She likes finding a hard, cool place to relax on these summer days. She would spend all day sprawled out on the desk next to me while I worked. On the other hand, she also liked to get into a small cat carrier (of her own volition) and curl up in there when she needed a break. She likes to talk when she is hungry or wants to get into a room with a closed door. She is still just a kitten herself and we started to see her become more playful getting interested in toys.” Does Star sound like the purr-fect addition to your solar system? Then, come in during our open hours!
