My story

🐾 Meet Red! 🐾Hey there! I’m Red—named after Red XIII from Final Fantasy VII because, well, I’m just that cool 😎 I’m a 2-year-old, 76-pound reddish-brown pitbull mix with the softest eyes and the calmest soul. My foster mom found me wandering the streets, but now I’m living my best life with Chihuahuas, a cat, a German shepherd, and even two guinea pigs!I’m potty trained, polite, and I know how to ask to go outside. I don’t bark (like, ever), but I will give you my best whine if I need love or snacks. I’m super chill, gentle, and affectionate, and I’ve mastered the art of chewing “indestructible” stuffies. Baths aren’t my favorite, but give me a treat and I’ll power through like a champ.We’re working on crate training and not pulling on the leash—don’t worry, I’m a quick learner, especially if there’s praise or peanut butter involved. I love walks, the park, and I’m a total gentleman at PetSmart.I’ve come a long way, and now I’m ready to find my forever people. Maybe it’s you?❤️ Adopt Red. If you are seeing our pets posted in your state, that's because you live near a transport stop, they are not currently at that location. Petfinder lists our pets as "Out of Town" pets at other locations, and Adopt-a-Pet lists our location as a Transport stop. Those are currently the only options they offer to make this clear, so we put this description we've put at the bottom to explain it.
