My story

Meet Romilly!This resilient little sweetheart is a 1-year-old, 13-pound Chihuahua with a heart full of love.Romilly was found living on the streets with her sibling, bravely surviving on her own. She came to us with a severe eye injury that ultimately required removal—but don’t worry, it hasn’t slowed her down one bit! She’s adapted beautifully and is thriving in her foster home.Romilly is gentle, loving, and incredibly sweet. Though she may be a little shy at first, once she feels safe, her affectionate personality shines through. She’s potty trained, prefers to go outside, and uses the doggy door like a pro. She gets along wonderfully with all the small dogs in her foster home and would do great in a home with other calm pups.Romilly is ready to leave her past behind and start a new chapter with a family who will love and cherish her. If you are seeing our pets posted in your state, that's because you live near a transport stop, they are not currently at that location. Petfinder lists our pets as "Out of Town" pets at other locations, and Adopt-a-Pet lists our location as a Transport stop. Those are currently the only options they offer to make this clear, so we put this description we've put at the bottom to explain it.
