Matty

My story

Matty is a 6.5-year-old, 19-pound Cockapoo with a heart as big as her transformation story. She was found as a stray—so severely overgrown and matted that it was hard to even tell she was a girl. After arriving at CAMO Rescue, Matty was given a much-needed groom and is now truly shining—both inside and out! Though she’s shy and very submissive when meeting new people, Matty is full of gentle wiggles and tail wags from the start. She radiates love and sweetness in everything she does and just wants to be close to her people. Matty walks beautifully on a leash and is doing a great job mastering her potty training. She gets along well with other dogs, especially those with calm energy. While she’s not reactive to high-energy dogs, she does prefer companions who respect her space and aren’t constantly jumping on her. This calm, loving girl would do best in a relaxed home environment—whether she’s the only dog or joining another gentle pup. Matty would also do well in a home with or without kids, making her a flexible and loving addition to many types of families. If you're looking for a quiet, affectionate, and loyal companion who’s already done a lot of growing—literally and emotionally—Matty might just be the perfect fit for your family! Adoption fee is: $300 ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract. The application to adopt can be found at www.camorescue.com. Adoption fees are variable. Up to date vaccines, microchip, spay/neuter are included in the fee. Once your application has been approved, we will put you in touch with a CAMO representative to set up a meet and greet. We select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dog's needs. For the safety of our small breed dogs and based on our past experiences, we will not place our dogs in homes with large breed dogs. EIN # 46-5486022
