My story

All About Me • Name: Rose • Age: Approx. 10 years old • Gender: Female • Spayed: Yes • Breed: Pomeranian • Color: Bronze • Weight: 2.65 kg / 6 lbs  Height (to shoulder): 20 cm • Microchip: Yes   My Health • Heartworm: Previously treated for heartworm; a follow-up test is needed to confirm a negative result. • Surgical History: Spayed, with a more involved surgery due to uterine adhesions. • Other Conditions: None currently observed. I’m eating well, resting peacefully, and enjoying life.   My Personality Hello, I’m Rose. I may be a senior, but they say I have the kind of calm, gentle presence that makes people instantly feel at ease. I was rescued from a city shelter where I was once overlooked, but I know that somewhere out there, my forever person is waiting for me. I’m a peaceful little soul who enjoys the simple things warm beds, quiet company, and gentle voices. People often say I have a wise and composed nature, like I’ve lived a lot of life and now I’m just looking to enjoy the slower moments by someone’s side. I love people familiar or new, I’ll gladly come close for a cuddle or a soft pat. I may not be the kind to bounce around the room, but I’ll gladly follow you from room to room and quietly be part of your day.   Social Skills • With People: I’m affectionate and open-hearted with adults, including new people. I haven’t spent time with very young children, but I have a gentle nature that many find easy to trust. • With Other Dogs: I enjoy friendly greetings but mostly prefer to do my own thing. High-energy dogs can be a bit much for me, and I’m happiest when I’m allowed a calm space to just relax. • With Cats: I haven’t met any, so I’m not sure yet how I’d feel. But I might be getting along with them with slow introduction?   On My Walks‍ While I’m small and quiet, I do enjoy my little strolls. I may pull a bit out of curiosity, but I stay close and enjoy being by your side. Busy roads can feel overwhelming, so I appreciate peaceful walking paths and calm energy.   Life at Home I’m a wonderful companion at home. I use both pee pads and outdoor spaces for potty time. I don’t guard my food and I rarely bark unless I have something important to say (like when it’s time for dinner or cuddles). Car rides aren’t my favorite just yet, so I prefer being gently carried into the car, where I can feel safe and secure. I love to nap throughout the day and often prefer being near my person more than being around other dogs. I’ve been told I act more like a little shadow than a typical pup.   My Ideal Home If you’re someone who appreciates quiet companionship, a peaceful presence, and the beauty of slower days, I might be just the one for you. I don’t need much just love, softness, and someone who understands that senior pups like me have so much to give. If you’re ready to welcome a calm, dignified girl into your life and heart, I’ll be waiting with quiet affection and a wagging tail.   For More YouTube Clips, Click Here!Rose's Playlist ##2459246##
