He loves spending his days rubbing his foster family, watching the birds, and playing with wand toys. He will need a some extra time to feel comfortable at first and is scared of loud noises and sudden movements, so a quieter home is preferred. To start the adoption process for them, please APPLY ONLINE — applications are reviewed in the order received. After you apply, we may contact you to schedule a virtual or in-person meet-and-greet at the foster parent's residence. If you then decide to adopt, you'll complete an adoption counseling session and we'll schedule a pickup appointment. Adoption pick-ups may happen from the foster's residence.Silas's adoption fee was $125, now it's $31.25! The adoption fee is reduced because this kitty has been here for 30 days or more.
