Luna Two

My story

Luna is a small husky mix at 45 lbs. This sweet ball of love just wants to be with people who love her. She had a rough start and was removed from her previous owner severely underweight, but she's filled out and is doing well. She is super gentle taking treats and food from people. She does not like other dogs coming near her when she has food or treats which likely has to do with being deprived prior to her rescue. She loves to play with other dogs, but does have some humping tendencies if the other dog doesn't want to play. She still very much has puppy energy at a 1 1/2 years old and doesn't understand that another dog would not want to play anymore so sometimes needs to be separated. Fully house trained. She does not like crates, but does calm down after a while in them. While she's good with kids, her puppy energy means she does jump (but we're working on that and she's doing great!). She needs an adopter that has familiarity with huskies as she does have the super smart and stubborn tendencies that is common with most huskies. July 15, 2025, 7:01 pm
