My story

Hi there! My name’s Rainy, and if you’re looking for a snuggly sweetheart with a whole lot of kisses to give—I'm your girl. I’m only six months old, still figuring out the big wide world, but I’ve already mastered the art of cuddling. When I first landed in foster care, I had no idea what a toy or a dog bed was… can you imagine? Now I’m obsessed with both. Toys make me do the happiest little zoomies, and curling up on a cozy bed after playtime? Absolute bliss. I get along great with my doggie housemates, and playtime with them is the highlight of my day. I do start off a little shy when meeting new pals, but it doesn’t take long for me to warm up and join the fun. I’ve got some puppy energy for sure, and while I’m still learning the ropes, I’m a quick study—especially with patient guidance and yummy treats. Oh, and I’ve been told my underbite is just about the cutest thing ever. Plus, I have this funny habit—whenever I catch a glimpse of myself in the mirror, I let out a tiny growl. I think I’m still getting used to that “other dog” in the glass! I’m looking for a loving home where I can continue to learn, grow, and give all the snuggles my heart can hold. We are always looking for good foster homes. These homes allow us to rescue more Boston Terriers in need because we have a place for them to go until they are adopted. Please consider becoming a foster home for Boston Terrier Rescue of North Texas. You can fill out a foster application at www.texasbostons.com. Click on the Rescue tab and then on the Foster Program tab. Here you will find our requirements for becoming a foster parent along with a link for an online foster application.
