My story

What my friends at ACC say about me:My history is a mystery and my friends here do not know much about me yet!It is unknown if I have ever lived with other animals or children.Cheek and chin scratches make me so happy!Fig interacts with the observer, appreciates attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. We recommend that he go to a home with adopters with some cat experience preferred or at least be well counseled in potential for overstimulation.I would do best in a home without very tiny humans, although I could be open to older human children once I meet them.A volunteer writes: Fig is, for lack of a better word, wonderful. Just absolutely great. I wouldn't have known just how great had I not happened to walk by when a staff member was talking with him. Sitting outside his condo, they spoke with Fig as he emphatically rolled around at the front. Each opportunity is a chance for Fig to show how much love he has. Though Fig had spent the majority of the afternoon snuggled in his den, he was completely in his element when among friends and it showed. I made my way over with a catnip mouse and Fig leapt up in joy. Holding it in his paws and tossing it to catch it, he's a pro at making his own fun and he's somehow even happier to bring his friends with him.
