My story
Meet Fluttershy!! She came in as a stray on 7/8/25. We think she is about 5 years old. This sweet girl has skin issues that will take some time to heal up. It is heartbreaking to see her in such a neglected condition. She seems anxious here at the shelter and she probably wonders why she is here. She will be beautiful with some major TLC and she will feel so much better too. She is available for adoption so hurry in to meet her! Fluttershy is located at the Richland County Dog Shelter in Mansfield, OH Phone is 419-774-5892 It is an application process. You can request one via dogs@richlandcountyoh.gov
