My story

Meet Cloudy, the gentle soul with a heart full of love and the prettiest eyes you've ever seen. Cloudy’s journey hasn’t been easy. She was rescued from a hoarding situation, where she was found hiding in a vent duct, scared, silent, and unsure of the world. The worst part? She was very pregnant. But despite her rough beginnings, this beautiful gray girl with soft white markings on her belly has proven just how resilient and loving she truly is. After coming into our care, Cloudy quickly settled into motherhood and raised three gorgeous kittens with patience, grace, and so much love. Now that her babies are grown and off to find their own homes, it’s Cloudy’s turn to be someone’s baby, and she’s so ready. Cloudy is a bit shy at first, but once she feels safe, she opens up into the most affectionate, cuddly companion. She chirps softly when she wants your attention, leans into gentle pets, rolls over to offer her belly for rubs, and soaks up every bit of love you offer. Her eyes, bright, soulful, and stunning, will absolutely melt your heart. She’s fine with other calm cats (given slow, thoughtful introductions) and, although currently nervous around dogs, she’s still young and may grow more comfortable in a patient home. She’s also been around children and accepts gentle affection from respectful kids, but a quieter home would help her continue to thrive. Cloudy is truly special. She’s not just looking for a house, she’s looking for a heart to call home.
