My story

This 4 month old black Lab pup is a whole lot of love wrapped in a velvet coat and oversized dinner plate paws. With a goofy grin and a personality as big as her feet, Bea is equal parts cuddly and chaotic, in the best puppy way. She's fully vetted with vaccines, spay and microchip and ready to find her forever family! Like any young pup, she’s still learning the ropes. She might sneak a bite of your lunch when you're not looking (and sometimes when you are), and she gets so excited to see people that she’ll bounce up to say hello. Leash training is a work in progress, Bea pulls when she’s excited and occasionally forgets all about walking nicely in favor of jumping for attention. But don’t let the mischief fool you, Millie’s been crushing her potty training with almost no accidents since arriving at the rescue, other then when she drinks her body weight in water! She also kennels overnight well without any accidents. She will loudly protest being kenneled for awhile when first kenneled, but settles down once you settle and she realizes she is not being let out. The best things about her is that she’s incredibly affectionate, loves to snuggle up close, and melts into anyone who gives her attention. She’s friendly with cats, dogs, and kids, and she’s ready to grow (likely into a very big girl!) right alongside your family. And that shes eager to learn and please all of her friends.
