Meet Koda – Your Blue-Eyed Soulmate & Resident Couch Potato ❄️ Koda is an incredibly handsome Malamute-Husky mix (his personality is much more Malamute than Husky) whose stunning ice-blue eyes are the first thing you’ll notice—but his sweet soul is what you’ll never forget. If you're looking for a snuggle buddy who’s part polar bear, part marshmallow, Koda is your boy! He's basically a cloud with legs. ☁ Koda is the kind of dog who reminds you what peace feels like. At 8 years old, this Malamute-Husky mix has lived enough life to know the value of belly rubs, lazy afternoons, and kind humans. He’s a calm, easygoing gentleman—more floof than fuss—who happily trades zoomies for snuggles and a cozy spot on the couch. Koda walks beautifully on a leash, greets everyone with an assumption that you'll want to give him pets, and rolls over for belly rubs like he’s been waiting for you his whole life. 💙 One of his toes was removed, giving his paw a little extra character, but it doesn't affect his stride or his spirit. If anything, it’s just another reason to fall in love with this unique guy. 🐾 Koda isn’t looking for adventure—he’s looking for home. We require an application to be completed prior to setting up a meet-and-greet. We do not offer "on-the-spot" adoptions. We do not adopt on a first-come, first-served basis. We do our best to match dogs with families that will be a good fit to help ensure a successful adoption. We reserve the right to decline any application for any reason. Due to the nature of our adoption process, our fosters are usually only able to consider forever families within a reasonable driving distance of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. A vet reference is required, and a trial period will be completed before finalizing the adoption. Thank you for your understanding.
