Meet Fat Toby!! Breed: Purebred Yorkshire Terrier Birthday: October 4, 2017 (7 years old) Weight: 20 lbs (working on it!) Coat: Soft tan and brown Registration: Yes – official registration papers included Neutered, Vaccinated & Microchipped About Fat Toby: Meet Fat Toby, a registered full-blooded Yorkie with a luxurious tan and brown coat, soulful eyes, and a belly that suggests he's never said no to a treat. Born on October 4, 2017, Toby is a 7-year-old gentleman who’s packed with personality, affection, and yes — a few extra pounds. Though he tips the scale at 20 lbs, Toby’s heart is even bigger. He’s on a gentle weight-loss plan and looking for a forever home where he can continue his journey to wellness… ideally with someone who appreciates a good snuggle and a great sense of humor. He was dearly loved by his previous owner, but sadly, she had to move into a nursing home and could no longer care for him. Now, Toby is looking for a new forever home where he can spend the rest of his days feeling safe, adored, and part of a family again. Fat Toby is heartworm negative, fully vaccinated & is doggy door and potty trained. Personality: Temperament: Loyal, loving, and a bit opinionated (Yorkie-style!) Energy level: Moderate (working on getting some more exercise) Dog-friendly: Yes, especially with smaller dogs Kid-friendly: Best with older children Health & Care Notes: Toby is in good overall health but needs continued support losing weight. He’s already neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, microchipped, and comes with registration papers confirming his pedigree Adoption fee is: $375 ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract. The application to adopt can be found at www.camorescue.com. Adoption fees are variable. Up to date vaccines, microchip, spay/neuter are included in the fee. Once your application has been approved, we will put you in touch with a CAMO representative to set up a meet and greet. We select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dog's needs. For the safety of our small breed dogs and based on our past experiences, we will not place our dogs in homes with large breed dogs. EIN # 46-5486022
