My story

Meet Gatsby Gatsby is about 2 years old, weighs 13 pounds and is a happy, gentle pup! He is very sweet, friendly and loving. He was rescued by a private rescuer from the streets near the border of Mexico. We are so happy he is safe with us. We can see Gatsby doing well in a home where he can get lots of attention and playtime with his family. He is a sweet and gentle dog. He is friendly and no stranger-danger, but needs some time to get used to the sounds of a home. He can get afraid until he is used to the noises he has never heard before. He is curious and also enjoys being held. He is just a sweet pup who can’t wait to find a home of his own! He would be a wonderful, loyal companion to grow up in just about any family environment. Gatsby is neutered, up-to-date on all vaccinations, microchipped and his adoption fee is $325. A meet and greet will be arranged with an approved application. This is completely curable after treatment and dogs can go on to live long and happy lives. Our rescue is one of the first to do Chagas testing for all of the dogs in our care and is having measurable success in the treatment protocol.
