My story

Potential adopters are responsible for communicating directly with the pet's guardian. Beautiful ""Baby"" seemed to be a stray when our Dad took her in about 4.5 years ago. His cats brought him great comfort after our Mom died. Sadly Dad passed away this spring. We need to find homes for these beloved cats, to be loved as he loved them. Due to severe cat allergies of a family member, we are unable to keep them with us, or we certainly would. Baby is a gorgeous, mostly black cat with super soft fur and striking green eyes. She is mostly indoors, but does like to go outside. She is shy, especially with strangers, but seeks/likes affection from those she knows. She is independent and at times a bit aloof, especially if strangers are around. She will bat her toys around, but doesn't chase or fetch. She gets along with the other cats. She has not been with dogs or young children. Daisy, also up for adoption, is her daughter, but they each would be fine without each other. Baby is laid back and peaceful and often a creature of habit. She is a very sweet!
