My story

Meet Torrie – the dramatic diva of the squad with a heart full of love and a voice to match! Inspired by the iconic Torrance Shipman from *Bring It On*, this girl is a natural-born leader who isn’t afraid to let you know exactly how she feels. Torrie is vocal and attention-seeking in the most endearing way—she’ll whine for cuddles, bark to be included, and follow you around like your tiniest, most devoted shadow.She’s playful, curious, and always in the middle of the action—whether it’s a wrestling match with her siblings or an investigation of whatever’s happening in the next room. Torrie may be tiny, but she’s already overcome big challenges. As a very young puppy, she was attacked by a larger dog and now carries a scar on her face as a reminder of her strength and resilience. But don’t worry—it doesn’t slow her down one bit!After all the fun, Torrie is happiest snuggled up in your arms, soaking in all the love and affection she can get. As a young puppy, she’ll benefit from structure, training, and consistency to help her grow into the confident, well-mannered star she’s meant to be.Torrie and her littermates came to us from a rural property overwhelmed with dogs. They were just two weeks old, covered in fleas and parasites, and bottle-fed back to health. Now Torrie is ready to bring all her flair, fun, and affection to her forever home! She was born on May 20, 2025 and is currently fostered in Fort Worth, Texas.All of our dogs are located in a foster home in Texas, Colorado, or Pennsylvania. Our dogs are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport. As a Mutts N Such direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet occurs on video call (Skype, FB Messenger call, Facetime, etc).Our out of state adoption fee is $350 plus transport (varies by location). This fee includes all current vaccinations, deworming, a registered microchip, fecal analysis, spay/neuter for pets 6 months & older, and a heartworm test if over 6 months old. All dogs will be current on flea/heartworm prevention. A health exam will be completed and a certificate issued by a veterinarian within 10 days.
