My story

COMING SOON! Jake - who is being fostered in Myrtle Beach, SC - is in perfect health (neutered, 1.5 years old & UTD on all vaccines and heart worm meds) - excellent weight (40-50 lbs), with a beautiful coat and a bobbed tail that is like a happy propeller - housed trained - crate trained - he is so content at night - he is a pleasure to have in the house - 90% leash trained - he does need reminders to go "easy" - good with dogs and people (but not sure about young children or cats) - has an extensive vocabulary "sit" "wait" "down" "paw" "crate" "come" "treat" "easy" "leave it" "time out" and "JAKE, am I talking to you?" Also when he is too exuberant with the 3-legged Aussie and 12 year old German Shepherd he knows "leave her alone" And he stops when he hears "nothing there belongs to you". - he is NOT destructive EXCEPT with his stuffed toys. Jake is so much fun - very intelligent and energetic - and he loves to play catch and fetch, he loves to go for walks, he teases the other dogs to play tug of war and if left on his own devices he does "zoomies" but at the end of the day he will come sit next to me, put his head on my lap and look up at me as if to say "I LOVE YOU" and I say "I LOVE YOU TOO, JAKE" If you think Jake is the perfect pup for you, please fill out an application at https://www.australianshepherdsfurever.org/adoption...
