My story

Brimley is a sweet boy looking for a foster home to recover in. He knows his basic commands, such as sit, wait, shake, and take it. He also does well in his crate and loves to play with his toys. Foster Reason: Upper Respiratory Infection (URI) & Growth on Tail Foster Time Frame: 2 Weeks (The foster time frame could be longer depending on future medical results and needs.) Foster Care Plan: Brimley is being treated for an upper respiratory infection, similar to a cold. He is likely contagious, so we recommend that he be kept separate from other dogs until he has fully recovered. Brimley will go to foster with medication. Once his URI has cleared up, he will be ready to return for a vet exam to determine the next steps needed to treat the growth on his tail. A medical consultation will be provided at your pick-up appointment to make sure you are prepared to take great care of this sweet boy! Foster to Adopt: Brimley is available through our Foster to Adopt program, which allows pets awaiting or undergoing medical treatment to be placed with prospective adopters before they are made available for adoption.
