My story

🐾 Hi, I'm Koda - and yes, I am wearing the latest in cone couture. 🐾I'm about 5 years old, with the soulful eyes of a pit bull terrier and the smarts (and maybe the zoomies) of a border collie. I was brought down from Prince George and dropped off at the center in Chilliwack with a pretty nasty wound on my leg - ouch. But thanks to the amazing humans here, I'm healing up beautifully and getting the medical care I still need. And yes, I rock my cone like a queen. 👑Despite everything I've been through, I'm still a total sweetheart. I love people and have been on my very best behavior with the other dogs I've met. I enjoy good company and calm vibes - the more gentle love, the better.Now, I have to be honest... cats? Let's just say I'm a little too interested. Like, maybe-best-not-to-test-it interested. So a home without feline friends would be ideal for everyone's peace of mind.What I'm really looking for is a cozy home, someone with a kind heart who doesn't mind a pup with a bit of a past and a lot of personality. I've still got a little healing to do - both body and soul - but if you've got room in your life (and maybe on your couch), I'd love nothing more than to be your loyal sidekick.Cone and all, I'm ready to start the next chapter.
