My story

Meet Brigette! This sweet poodle mix estimated DOB is 6/2023 and she weighs about 15#. She is as lovely on the inside as she is on the outside. With her soft, cream-colored coat (which does require grooming every 6–8 weeks), Brigette turns heads—but it’s her gentle heart that will win you over. She’s spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped—ready to begin her next chapter. Brigette needs a calm, patient family with a securely fenced yard (no apartments) and either a confident dog friend or someone who is home most of the day. She’ll reward your love and time with endless loyalty, sweet snuggles, and a forever friendship. Brigette is a bit shy at first but give her a little time and she blossoms into a devoted, affectionate companion. She can be anxious and easily excitable which may or may not continue over time with the right environment and exercise. She’s a true Velcro dog who loves to be near her people and will happily follow you from room to room. She’s also playful and thrives on connection—both human and canine. She gets along well with other dogs after proper introductions and would do best with older, respectful kids. A confident, playful resident dog would be the perfect mentor to help her continue building confidence. Brigette is crate-trained and sleeps comfortably through the night. She’s housebroken with reminders and is still learning the ropes of being an indoor pup, so continued gentle guidance and consistency will help her thrive.
