My story

Um hi there, I'm the silly and sassy Anita! I love to roll around and make biscuits when I want attention. I can be really shy at first but after a month here I'm warming up a lot! I'm on an anti-anxiety medication to help with my fear but it's very possible I could be weaned off that in a new home. Once I warm up I'm a pretty silly and social cat. I even like lap time. I do sometimes give little love bites when I'm excited. When I'm afraid I can use my claws or bite (but not hard) so I'm looking for a calm adult-only and cat-savvy home. I can't wait to show you how sweet and fun I can be when I am feeling comfortable! Previously I was a pregnant stray that gave birth in someone's house and I was friendly with a male cat.My estimated birthdate is 1/1/2023.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Anita, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
