Panda is a handsome tabby with a big personality and an even bigger purr. He loves affection, but like many refined gentlemen, it has to be on his terms. Once he’s comfortable, he turns into a full-on purr machine who will happily soak up pets and attention. Panda would thrive in a cat-savvy, adult-only home where his boundaries will be respected and his affection appreciated.
