I am a 3y1m old, Male, Mixed Breed, Large (over 44 lbs fully grown) mix. I am neutered, microchipped and up to date on my vaccinations and preventions. Rescued from the Kerrville floods, he hasn’t let his past define him, instead, he greets every day with boundless energy and a joyful outlook. Picasso loves his walks, trotting along with a happy bounce in his step, curious about the world and eager to take it all in.Despite everything he’s been through, Picasso remains a loving and affectionate companion. He thrives on human connection and is always ready to share his happiness with anyone who gives him a moment of their time.
