My story

Hi there, I'm Tamsin. I should probably mention upfront that I'm what you might call a "professional observer" - I've got a PhD in Careful Consideration and a master's degree in Taking My Sweet Time. I prefer to approach new situations with the patience of a cat waiting for the perfect sunbeam. I'll need some cozy spots where I can retreat and recharge while we work on this whole "trusting humans" project together. The good news? I respond beautifully to gentle encouragement and quiet bonding sessions - think of me as a confidence-building work in progress who just needs the right cheerleader. I'd absolutely thrive with other cats in the home since having a confident feline friend makes everything feel more manageable, plus someone needs to show me that treat time is actually a good thing, not a trap!Here's what you need to know about me:I can be shy in new spaces. I need a family who will let me take things at my own pace as I learn about new things. Once I come out of my shell, I have lots of love to give.I need to meet any kids in my home before I'm adopted.
