My story

Meet Bo Peep! Bo Peep came to CCHS with her 12 siblings from a local farm on May 31st. They were all wonderful and happy puppies, just 10 weeks old, and were all named after "Toy Story". Just one little problem, they had ringworm. While not threatening to their lives, it does mean they can't be adopted til healed. They were in quarantine for 6 weeks while being treated, and have just been cleared by our Vet. Bo Peep is now 4 months old, weighs about 20.9#, and is such a pretty girl! She is a Shepherd mix with a short-haired tri-colored coat. All of the pups in this litter have tremendous ears, too. She has a great personality with lots of love and happiness to share with her new family. With any puppy, training and socialization are incredibly important. Apply for Bo Peep today! Please check junk/spam folders for a response.The adoption fee is $400. Adoption applications can be filled out at CCHS or online through our website, www.cchs-petshelter.org. Applications are not first come, first served. All applications will be reviewed by the adoption committee and the home chosen will be the one considered to be the best match. All dogs and puppies have been vaccinated for Distemper and Bordetella, dewormed and microchipped. If old enough, they will be vaccinated for Rabies and blood tested for Heartworm, Lymes, Anaplasmosis and Ehrlichiosis. Dogs and puppies will be spayed or neutered before adoption. CCHS is proud to be a No-Kill Humane Society. As a private, non-profit charity, our work depends on donations and volunteers to keep going.
