**Please note this is pet is currently out of town pet but we will transport this pet to NJ for you when adopted. All fees listed include transport fees.** Meet Maggie Mauve! Maggie is a friendly, cuddly, and quiet dog! She's a loyal companion who will stick by your side. Maggie has a playful side, but also knows how to relax and take it easy, and nothing makes her happier than curling up on the couch with her favorite humans. She has a big heart and lots of love to give, and she's sure to make a great addition to your family. She gets along well with other dogs. Maggie is crate-trained, house-trained, and is working on her leash skills! She's sure to make someone very happy, so if you think you could give Maggie Maeve the loving home she deserves, please consider applying for her today! Maggie is around 9 years old and is 6.5 pounds. She is on 3 different heart medications due to her heart condition, but at her last vet visit, the doctor rated it a 1 or 2 out of 6, so that's GREAT news! She came to us after her previous owner had passed, before that she was rescued from a breeder in Texas. Interested in becoming a forever home for Maggie? Fill out our online adoption application: http://www.friendswithfourpaws.org/adoption-form.html This is the first step in our process, and we don't go any further without an application. Find more adoptable pets, news and information on Instagram @friendswithfourpaws or our Facebook page Friends with Four Paws . We put a lot of time and energy into processing our adoptions to find our babies the best fit home for them and you. Please do not submit an application if you are not serious about adopting. We are so excited to work with you to find you a new forever friend, and appreciate you working with us.For immediate consideration, please attach your application to the initial inquiry to help us expedite the process. Our adoption fee is $525. This includes their spay/neuter surgery, full (age appropriate) vaccinations, microchip insertion and registration, deworming, heartworm testing and prevention, flea and tick prevention and travel expenses. All of our dogs are rescued from local shelters and the general public in Oklahoma. Each dog is then placed in a foster home where he/she is kept for quarantine, to ensure if the dog gets sick it can receive proper treatment. We have foster homes in the NJ/NY area waiting to receive their fosters. Once an animal has received an application or there's an adopter interested, we make arrangements for transport. If a dog is already in foster care in NYC/NJ, an adopter will be put in touch with the foster home AFTER an application is being processed. Thank you in advance for your patience with our process and for making adoption YOUR option!
If you have any questions or would like to adopt Maggie Mauve, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
