My story

Meet Simba!Sweet Simba was left behind by his owner. Simba is so happy to have you come home every day by jumping high in the air with excitement. He enjoys the comfort of routine and isn't a fan of change. He is very confident with his familiar people, but a different route or strange car in the way has him stopping in his tracks. Quiet areas for walks, and a nice fenced yard would accommodate his needs. Simba walks very well on leash, sometimes pulls a bit to a certain pee spot. He is not too familiar with dogs so he will need a dog experienced owner to help him through his stress. He does however have a female bestie dog companion at the shelter.If you are interested in meeting Simba, we encourage you to give us a call so we can answer any questions and book you in for a meet + greet!Please Note: We run on a "First come first considered" basis. If you are interested in adoption, we recommend calling to check if the animal is still here and come into the shelter as soon as possible. We do not hold animals for any reason, please prepare to take home today if we approve your application. We recommend being prepared with a harness + leash, bed + crate, food + water dishes, and toys before bringing your new family member home.
