My story

WATCH MY VIDEO...Hi, I’m Zeke (ID 702324) and I’m 2 years old. I had a mom who loved me dearly, but sadly she passed away from brain cancer and had no family that could take me in. I was staying with one of her friends who was trying to find me a home but didn`t have any luck so now here I am waiting and hoping another dog loving family will open their heart and home to me. Could it be you? So, you know a little about me... I love laying on the sofa and snoring, so hope you don`t mind if I`m on the furniture. I`ll nudge you to let you know I need to go outside. I am a strong fellow who likes to play, run around, and have fun. Treats are one of my favorite things and I`m eager to learn. The staff say I`m fun, sweet, have good recall, am affectionate, walks well on a leash and am an overall great dog. I get along with dogs, so if you have a canine friend at home already, the shelter can arrange a meet and greet to make sure we get along. It is unknown how I am with cats. I am heartworm positive, and the shelter veterinary team will treat me at no cost to my adopter. This is not contagious to people or pets and is spread through the bite of an infected mosquito.Thanks to Dolly`s Dream, they have kindly paid my adoption fee and I get to go home with goodies to help me settle into my new home.
