My story

Pat is a sweet and gentle 2 year old looking for his place in the world. Found as a stray, Pat is still adjusting to shelter life-but with time and patience, his warm personality begins to shine. He's a calm, quiet boy who truly comes to life when he's around other dogs. Playtime with his canine pals is where he feels happiest and most confident! Pat would do best in a home with another friendly dog and a family who understands he might need a little time to settle in. Once he's comfortable, he's affectionate, playful, and so rewarding to get to know. Kids 15+ are a great fit for this sensitive soul.If you're looking for a loyal companion with a heart of gold, Pat might be the one.Meet Pat at 124 Evergreen Ave, Newark, NJApply to adopt at ahscares.org/adoptPat ID# 80542 Primary Color: Tan Secondary Color: White Weight: 54 Age: 2yrs 4mths 0wks

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Pat, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
