Holly

My story

Holly is a 14 year old, 8 lb Poodle/ShihTzu mix. No one believes she is 14 years old - not the vet or the groomer or anyone who meets her! We know her age is accurate though, because she was adopted from Humane Tomorrow in 2012, and recently came back to us because her adopter could no longer care for her. She has the softest, wavy black coat and clear button eyes. The only sign of her age is that she has lost several teeth, but that doesn't keep her from enjoying meal time. Foster mom says that Holly is the sweetest little dog! Everyone who meets Holly loves Holly! Holly is the ultimate lap dog, and she will sit or lie in your lap as long as she is allowed. She gets along with the big and small dogs in her foster home and joins in with them when they go on their daily backyard patrol. She even helps foster mom take care of the cats! Holly is totally housetrained, as long as she goes outside every couple of hours. She has great house manners and does not need to be crated. Holly loves her people and will return their care and kindness with love and companionship. Please submit your application, and an adoption counselor will contact you.
