Reintroducing Balto! He, and all of our other available puppers, got a pup cup thank you one of our amazing volunteers! He loves his toys and going on adventures! He loves to watch what`s going on for himself. His curious nature makes completely average things a new treat everyday! He seems super serious when you first meet him but he is just a big lovebug that likes to talk!
